Mattias Liivak is the head of Marketing & PR at Fortumo. Fortumo operates a payments & marketing platform that connects global merchants with local payment methods, focusing on mobile operator billing and mobile wallet payments. In his role, Mattias aims to bring knowledge about local consumers and their expectations to merchants, as well as educate local payment method providers on the needs of global companies.

Dr. Shamika N. Sirimanne is the Director of the Division on Technology and Logistics of UNCTAD. She leads UNCTAD's work on e-Commerce and Digital Economy. She oversees the organisation of UNCTAD e-Commerce Weeks, and the implementation of eTrade For All and eTrade for Women capacity building initiatives. She also supervises the research and analysis work of UNCTAD on technology, including the preparation of its Digital Economy Report.

In her position as the Director of Strategy & Innovation at Digital Dubai, Dr. Moza is responsible for managing and delivering Technology Solutions, Strategy and Performance, Quality Management, Excellence, Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management functions. She has more than 20 years of rich professional experience in which she also led key city strategic initiatives, the recent one being “Invest In Dubai”, Dubai Paperless Strategy and ICT City Architecture, all of which contribute significantly towards the digital transformation of the city.
